Exchanges and Returns
Our Exchange and Return Policy operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
It is possible to return or exchange the product provided the request is made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To request an exchange or return, it is necessary to send an email to contato@estudio83.com.br with the following information:
• Write "Exchanges/Returns" in the subject line;
• Provide the order number or invoice number;
• Specify the product you wish to return (check the order or the white label);
• State the reason for the exchange/return;
• After receiving the email, you will receive a return shipping label from the Post Office within 48 hours. In case of a return, you will receive a full refund for the returned item. The shipping cost is not refunded. In case of an exchange, you must specify which product you wish to exchange it for or if you would like a discount coupon to use on the website.
It is important to observe the following conditions for carrying out an exchange/return:
The product must show no signs of use;
• The product must be sent along with the invoice, labels, and tags (label with the product's reference code), properly attached to the product;
• If any discrepancy and/or violation is identified in the product, the exchange/return will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns of items on sale. The exchange process works the same way.
In case of exchange or return, who will bear the shipping costs?
All costs related to the first exchange/return of the product are the responsibility of the online store Estúdio 83, provided that the request is made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. If the customer chooses to receive their refund via a discount coupon, the new purchase will follow the shipping policy in effect on the website. In case of return,

• Exchange or return due to regret or withdrawal: 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
• Defective product: up to 90 days after receipt at the address. In this case, if any defect is identified upon receiving the product, please follow the same exchange/return request process, including photos so that a brief product analysis can be performed. After arriving at the factory, the product will be submitted to analysis by the quality department, and subsequently, a return will be processed.
